Delivery brands for independent kitchens
Plug proven delivery-only brands into the kitchen you already run. We bring the menus, recipes, packaging and marketplace setup — you bring the cooking.
Why Forkline
Starting a restaurant brand from scratch means months of menu work, design and marketplace wrangling. We've done that part already.
Every dish is built for speed on a standard commercial line, with step-by-step specs and on-site training for your team.
We set up listings, photography and menus across the major delivery apps so you go live with a polished storefront.
Promotions, menu tweaks and performance reviews every month — we only do well when your orders do.
Branded packaging and key ingredients arrive through preferred suppliers, so stock levels stay predictable.
Our story
Forkline started in a single takeaway kitchen that had more capacity than customers between rushes. Adding a second delivery brand filled the quiet hours — then a third filled the weekends.
We turned that playbook into a portfolio. Today we partner with independent kitchens across the UK, giving them the brands, systems and support to turn idle stations into steady revenue.
Our brands
Each brand is designed around equipment most kitchens already have. Pick one to start, or stack several to fill every service.

Big foldable slices and whole pies built for a deck or conveyor oven, with a dough programme that's easy to scale.
Charred pita wraps, souvlaki plates and feta fries — fresh, bright and popular at lunch as well as dinner.
Buttermilk tenders, wings and sandos with a sauce lineup customers come back for. Fryer-friendly and quick to plate.
Cookie dough pots, cheesecakes and shakes. Minimal prep, long shelf life and a natural add-on to any basket.
FAQs
Any licensed commercial kitchen with some spare capacity — takeaways, restaurants, pubs and cafés all work. We'll match brands to the equipment you already have.
Usually not. Menus are designed to slot into your existing line and run alongside your current orders. If volume grows enough to need more hands, that's a good problem to have.
Most partners are taking orders around five weeks after signing, covering menu training, packaging delivery and marketplace setup.
We take a share of the sales generated by the brands we provide. There's an onboarding fee to cover setup, which we'll walk through on our first call.
Yes. Many partners start with one brand, prove it out, then add a second or third to fill different times of day.
